True Love Never Says Enough

Never tire of contemplating My Sacred Wounds, from which you will always draw strength. Offer yourself to the Eternal Father. Abide within the Most Holy Trinity. (Jesus) (1962)

Your ways, O LORD, make known to me;

teach me your paths, Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my savior. (Psalm 25)

Prayer Meditation- O Lord, Your Ways are not my ways- We need Your constant instruction. When we are  lost, anxious, worried, and wounded we can fix our eyes on You and Your Love for us and draw from the Fountain of Living Water and find strength. As we head to Christmas Eve and gaze on You in the Manger we can do so with gratitude and love, knowing that You came to lay down Your Life for us so that we would lift up our heads and see that our Redemption is near at hand (Responsorial). Tuesday of the Fourth Week of Advent

Rising Up To Meet Him

Mary: “My little one, my Flame of Love has become so incandescent

that I want to spread on you not only its light, but also its

warmth with all its power. My Flame of Love is so great that I can

no longer keep it within me; it leaps out at you with explosive

force. My love that is spreading will overcome the satanic hatred

that contaminates the world so that the greatest number of souls is

saved from damnation. I am confirming there has never been anything

like this before. This is my greatest miracle ever I am accomplishing

Prayer Meditation- O Lord, You are the Radiant Dawn on the horizon- the hope of all longing hearts. Fill us this Christmas with Your Presence- Mary’s Flame of Love ready to be poured out on a world so in need of You! Lord may we rise up to meet You this Christmas and carry the Flame of Your Love to all that we meet.

Tuesday of the Fourth Week in Advent

Full of Favor

And then, by God’s favor and under the effect of graces, I was fully immersed in the knowledge of my nothingness and my lowliness. For me, this grace is the greatest by which the Lord Jesus honors me and inundates me. And this is happening more and more deeply in my heart. (Elizabeth) (December 12, 1964)

Today’s Readings: Then the angel said to her,
“Do not be afraid, Mary,
for you have found favor with God.
Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son,
and you shall name him Jesus.
He will be great and will be called Son of the Most- High,
and the Lord God will give him the throne of David his father,
and he will rule over the house of Jacob forever,
and of his Kingdom there will be no end.” (Luke 1)

Prayer Meditation- Lord, how much more can be said about the Annunciation- we could meditate on this scene forever and never plumb the depths. We see the humility of Our Lady who while just a young girl was full of grace, the Immaculate One, who was told not to be afraid as She had found favor with You. Because of Her Fiat, Our Savior came into the world. Lord may we, Her little children, also give our little fiats as we respond to Your Grace and Favor and welcome the Christ Child into our hearts this Christmas. Empty us of ourselves and fill us with Your Favor!

Monday of the Fourth Week in Advent

Fit For The Lord

Mary: “My little Carmelite, whatever the difficulty confronting

you, do not give up the fight. By virtue of my Flame of Love, which

now I send upon the earth, a new era of grace never known before

begins on earth. Be my faithful collaborator.” (Mary) (July 26, 1963)

Today’s Readings:

He will go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah
to turn the hearts of fathers toward children
and the disobedient to the understanding of the righteous,
to prepare a people fit for the Lord.” (Luke 1)

Prayer Meditation- O Lord, just like John the Baptist prepared the way Our Blessed Mother is now preparing the way so that our hearts are ready for You to burn brightly with the fire of Your Love. So let us prepare Him room and empty ourselves of anything in the way of welcoming Our King in a just a few days! Blessed Mother prepare the way for us and make us a people fit for Or Lord! Let us never give up the fight no matter what difficulties we may be in because You are All Grace and Mercy and You come to us in Your humble Humanity so that we can united to Your Divinity now and forever!

Fourth Sunday of Advent

God With Us

There was no way I could suspect that God had other plans for me. (Elizabeth) (Biography)

Today’s Readings: All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet:
Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son,
and they shall name him Emmanuel,
which means “God is with us.”
When Joseph awoke,
he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him
and took his wife into his home. (Matthew 1)

Prayer Meditation- Lord, today we focus on St. Joseph in the Gospel. The just man who did not understand Your Plan but responded to the Angel with trust and did what the Lord commanded him. Lord, You have a plan for all of us, one we often do not understand and that often takes a turn we never expected. Lord help us to respond to Your inspirations- it may well not be instructions in a dream for most of us but You speak to us constantly through Your Word, through the Sacraments, and in the people and circumstances in our lives. You are Emmanuel- God with us!

Saturday of the Third Week of Advent

Family Tradition

“It is to the warm solidarity of the family sanctuary that souls

come back to, after having strayed far. It is there that they come to

find themselves and they once more return to God. It is necessary

for you, mothers, to extend the warm understanding of your hearts

to your children even once they have established their own homes. She (Mary) wants every family to be a sanctuary, a wonderful place where, in union with you, she works miracles in

the depth of hearts. Going from heart to heart, she places in your

hands the Flame of Love of her heart. Through your prayers and sacrifices, it will blind Satan who wants to rule over families.” (Jesus) (January 17, 1964)

Today’s Reading

Thus, the total number of generations
from Abraham to David
is fourteen generations;
from David to the Babylonian exile, fourteen generations;
from the Babylonian exile to the Christ,
fourteen generations. (Matthew 1)

Prayer Meditation- O Lord, this season is a time for families. The genealogy of the Word Made Flesh includes everyone from prostitutes to kings. Lord You chose to have a family history just like us. And as we may feel troubled about our family situations that seem impossible, we are reminded that You always have the last word and You are working right now especially through the Flame of Love to bring Your children home!

Friday of the Third Week of Advent

Burning and Shining Lamp

Jesus: “I choose you, My little one, to be the bearer of My Divine

Mercy. Fill yourself with the abundance of My Divine Mercy

and when you open your mouth to speak, proclaim the mercy of

My Heart burning of desire for sinners. Let your whole life be a

burning desire to take part in My work of Redemption through

prayer, sacrifice and desire.” (Jesus) (May 4, 1964)

Today’s Readings: John was a burning and shining lamp,
and for a while you were content to rejoice in his light.
But I have testimony greater than John’s.
The works that the Father gave me to accomplish,
these works that I perform testify on my behalf
that the Father has sent me.” (John 5)

Prayer Meditation- O Lord, we are in the home stretch! One more Sunday of Advent and one more week and before we know it, Christmas Eve! The Gospel brings us the key figure of Advent, John the Baptist, a burning and shining lamp preparing the way for You! And whether we have been doing this Advent well or not, ready or not, it is time for John  the Baptist and us to decrease and You to increase and to fill us with Your Presence! Because we want to be Christ Bearers to all this season, just like Our Bless Mother, bearers of Divine Mercy because we are filled with Your Abundance and a burning desire to save the lost! So it is not too late, Advent done well or Advent done poorly, let us empty ourselves so that we would be filled with You because we can all be burning and shining lamps in the darkness this season!

Thursday of the Third Week of Advent

We Won’t Be Shaken

Jesus: “I can see to what extent you were shaken by the fact that

they did not believe your sincere words which, in truth, come from

Me. I have noticed with what level of fortitude you received this

first great suffering that was a kind of general rehearsal for the beginning

of suffering. This time of grace is destined for the whole

world, however, it is through you that we want to initiate this Holy

Cause, but it cannot start on feet of clay. It is only with a soul as

hard as steel that it can be ignited.” (Jesus) (March 24, 1963)

Today’s Readings: Though the mountains leave their place
        and the hills be shaken,
    My love shall never leave you
        nor my covenant of peace be shaken,
        says the LORD, who has mercy on you. (Isaiah 54)

Prayer Meditation- Lord, in these days we can feel shaken- I would bet that most days we all feel pretty shaky because it seems that the world as we know it is passing. And indeed, it is because there is a time of Grace destined for the whole world. As You told us in the Gospel of Luke, I have come to set the earth on fire, and how I wish it were already blazing! And yet in the shaking of this world, You promise that You will never leave us and that Your Covenant of Peace will not be shaken! Lord we praise You, we thank You, and we glorify You for Your Mercy which never ends!

Everyday Miracles In Our Valley Of Tears

Cannot I work a miracle? I will so bless this impossible problem that it will be straightened out. (Jesus) (August 3, 1962)

Today’s Readings:

“Go and tell John what you have seen and heard:
the blind regain their sight,
the lame walk,
lepers are cleansed,
the deaf hear, the dead are raised, 
the poor have the good news proclaimed to them. 
And blessed is the one who takes no offense at me.” (Luke 7)

Prayer Meditation- O Lord, like even John the Baptist we can have doubts about Who You Are. Fear clouds the eyes of our heart when we are in the valley but the same Jesus who walked the Earth healing and doing good lives in us right here and right now! Can You work a miracle- let us answer with our yes and let us gaze on You with the eyes of faith even when we cannot see You or feel You are there, Because You will bless all of our impossible problems if instead of doubt we come to You in hope and trust because Your Will is always perfect and it is Love and Mercy itself!

Tuesday of the Third Week of Advent

Close To The Brokenhearted

Jesus: “Do not fear. I will not allow anyone to harm you. If he

were able, together with his henchmen, he would have crushed you

like dust. Be strong. The Holy Spirit will strengthen you.” (Jesus) (August 31,1962)

Today’s Readings: The LORD is close to the brokenhearted;
and those who are crushed in spirit he saves.
The LORD redeems the lives of his servants;
no one incurs guilt who takes refuge in him. (Psalm 34)

Prayer Meditation: Lord it seems like every day is a battle. We try to persevere but the truth is  we try to do so much in our own power and we fall apart. And then we feel lost in our sins and our brokenness and we really can just feel so stuck! We can feel crushed  by life and its demands and we say we are fine but we know we are not. But Lord, You did not mean for us to save ourselves! In today’s first Reading You promise, On that day
You need not be ashamed 
of all your deeds,
your rebellious actions against me; (Zephaniah 3). And in the Gospel (Matthew 21) we hear that it is the sinners that will enter the Kingdom of Heaven before the so called righteous. The key is in the Psalm, to take refuge in You because You will not allow anyone or anything to harm us. So let us stop trying to rely on our own strength and ask for The Holy Spirit to strengthen us and may we stay fused in Your Divine Will confident that if we but ask You will forgive and heal everything inside of us that is not of You!
