Fear Not!
“Tell Me, little sister, why do you consider yourself alone since I am the One leading you? Have no fear, I will not let go of you. Come, let us go together and let there be no other moment when you would feel alone.” (Jesus) (January 25, 1966)
Today’s Readings: I am the LORD, your God, who grasp your right hand; It is I who say to you, “Fear not, I will help you.” (Isaiah 41)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, we can often feel so alone- we wonder where You are in the storms of life. Sometimes You, the Teacher are quiet while we are taking the tests of life. But Lord, You have promised that You will never leave or forsake us! You grasp our right hands and whisper to us to fear not! Let there be no moment in our lives that we should ever feel abandoned but let us come to You with humble trust and surrender!
“My child, even if you seemed to love everything, even if all the affections of your heart were to fade away and you found yourself alone and misunderstood by everyone, I should still be your treasure, your goal, your incomparable friend, your beginning and your end. “So don’t be upset by anything. Reflection- O Lord we can feel so alone in this world even in the best of circumstances. But now during this Holiday Season, so many can really be feeling the losses- of loved ones, of poor health, of loneliness and depression. And yet You are our treasure, our goal, our only purpose in life. Our Alpha and Omega, our beginning and our end. And You promise that You are not just there on the mountaintop but as a faithful companion in the valley, our comfort and our peace. So let us ask for the grace to live fused in Your Most Holy and Divine Will, one with You no matter the circumstances. Mary Queen of Peace please pray for us.

Stumbling Into Holiness
You did not make yourself worthy. I, God, thought you worthy of your call. Even one instant is too much for you to be occupied with something else. My love does not rest. May our thoughts be as one!” (Jesus) (August 30, 1964)
Today’s Readings: Jesus said to the crowds: “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.” (Matthew 11)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, like the first reading today in Isaiah 40 we do run and grow weary, we walk, and not only do we faint, we stumble and fall. We work in our own power to somehow be good enough, to measure up, even for those of us on a spiritual path to make ourselves holy. We are literally tripping on our own feet! You see all of this and You say to us today enough! You call to us to come to You, all who are labored, burdened, just plain worn out and sick and tired of being sick and tired and You ask us to turn in that worn out yoke for a brand new one of Your making. Because we do not make ourselves good or holy- only You do when we surrender ourselves to Your Divine Will, the sacrament of the Present Moment which includes our duties to You and to our state in life and loving acceptance of all that comes to us through Your Hands for our good! Thank You Jesus for stepping into this holiday madness with Your Word in the Gospel today- let us have ears to hear!
“Never leave your immaculate mother. She won’t leave you either. She loves you even more than your own dear mother. She suffered more to give birth to you, for she bore My death. Queen of Martyrs! If suffering increases love, just imagine the tenderness she feels for you. Nothing could ever quench it, not even your ingratitude. Thank her. Love her. She is much too humble to take for herself what belongs to Me, she who lived for God alone. Ask her to teach you to live for Me. Put all your trust in her. 26 When Jesus saw his mother, and the disciple whom he loved standing near, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son!” 27 Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home. (John 19:26-27).
Reflection- O Lord how can we thank You enough for Your Immaculate Mother and ours. She gave Her Fiat to Your Incarnation but Her Love did not stop there. She followed You all the way to the Cross and She participated in Your Sufferings for our sake. She is our true Mother who wants all of Her Children safe and home in You. You remind us today that suffering increases love! So many of us are suffering but are we increasing in love? How many of us just feel empty and numb and overwhelmed? But Our Lady wants to give us Her Love so that She can lead us to You as we strive to get up out of whatever valley we may find ourselves in today. So let us put our trust in Her as we strive to climb the mountain of perfection because She will draw us even nearer to You!

Tuesday of the Second Week of Advent
Lost Sheep
‘My little one, I want that not one soul be damned. You should want this together with me. For this purpose, I place in your hands a beam of light that is the Flame of Love of my heart.’ (Mary) (January 15, 1964)
Today’s Readings: What is your opinion? If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them goes astray, will he not leave the ninety-nine in the hills and go in search of the stray? And if he finds it, amen, I say to you, he rejoices more over it than over the ninety-nine that did not stray.
In just the same way, it is not the will of your heavenly Father that one of these little ones be lost.” (Matthew 18)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, You love us so much that You will go after each one of us as if we were the only one You came to save! You pursue us with a burning Love that never gives up on us- You are for us and not against us! We are Your little ones, each one of us! Lord give us Your burning thirst for souls that we would also seek the lost. We do not have to go far- they are often right there in our families and our communities. No need to go on some overseas mission trip! Lord help us through the Immaculate Heart of Mary to pray and sacrifice for the conversion of sinners and for love of You!

Holy And Without Blemish
“I want you not just to know my name, but to know also the Flame of Love of my maternal heart beating for you. I entrusted you with the task of making known this burning love. Prayer Meditation- On this beautiful day celebrating Our Beautiful Mother we rejoice in the Immaculate Conception and also Her Immaculate Heart joined to Yours that loves us so much with burning charity! She wants us all to be saved and to one day be like Her, Holy and Blameless! Lord may we be the humble little ones who cling to Our Mother who always brings us ever closer to You! Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us!

Second Sunday of Advent
People Get Ready
“Repent! Repent! Repent! This is what I am asking you. The voice of repentance reaches up to the throne of My heavenly Father. It is the voice holding back the arm of justice of My Father.” (Jesus) (November 8, 1964)
Today’s Readings: John the Baptist appeared, preaching in the desert of Judea and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” It was of him that the prophet Isaiah had spoken when he said: A voice of one crying out in the desert, Prepare the way of the Lord, make straight his paths. (Matthew 3)
Prayer Meditation- Lord today we are in the Second Sunday of Advent and all the readings point to the need to get ready, to repent, because the Kingdom of God is at hand! As we long for You Lord during this season of Advent help us to see where we need to repent- where we need to be purified. Is it food, drink, anger, worry, gossip, maybe despair? What is getting in the way of Your Grace, impeding it from flowing freely into our hearts? Open the eyes of our hearts Lord, that we may see and help us to make our crooked paths straight (Isaiah 45). Empty us of ourselves that we are ready to be filled with You this Christmas!

Friday of the First Week of Advent
The Lord Is My Light And Salvation
With His enlightened words, He poured out the wonderful grace of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Power, and the wonderful light of the Holy Spirit enlightened my soul. (Elizabeth) (May 24, 1963)
Today’s Readings: The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom should I fear? The LORD is my life’s refuge; of whom should I be afraid? (Psalm 27)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, today we focus in the readings on light, particularly in the first reading and the Gospel, light for the blind. Lord how many of us are spiritually blind, even if we can see with our physical eyes? Sometimes what blinds us to Your Light is stress, fear, anxiety, and despair. Yet Lord, You are our light and our salvation, whom shall we fear? Our refuge, of whom shall I be afraid? Lord, pour out Your Spirit of power and light into our souls that we would see You with our spiritual eyes rather than our problems. Lord, we believe, help our unbelief!

On Christ The Solid Rock I Stand- All Other Ground is Sinking Sand
We constantly hurt Him by our many sins. He, in spite of everything, is always kind. He said: “I bless this house that is consecrated to My Sacred Heart.” (Elizabeth) (August 16, 1962)
Today’s Readings: “Everyone who listens to these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock. The rain fell, the floods came, and the winds blew and buffeted the house. But it did not collapse; it had been set solidly on rock. (Matthew 7)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, we often build our houses not on the Rock of Your Love but on the sinking sand of what the world tells us should be our foundation. And then we are confused when it all falls apart- the rains, the floods, and the winds come and we have no foundation. Thank You Jesus that we can turn to You in spite of everything because a humble contrite heart You will not spurn (Psalm 51). Lord, let us build our houses, our lives, on You the Solid Rock on which we stand- all other ground is sinking sand! Jesus we trust in You!

To The Childlike
Jesus: “Do you know why I make you write about the different events in your life? Because these are reflections of My graces in your soul that you – I know it well – would never tell others. In this manner, I oblige you to write so all will see the Divine Work that I have done in your soul since your childhood. (Jesus) (July 24, 1965)
Today’s Readings: Jesus rejoiced in the Holy Spirit and said, “I give you praise, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for although you have hidden these things from the wise and the learned you have revealed them to the childlike. (Luke 10)
Prayer Meditation- Lord, sometimes we can make things so complicated. We want to know everything but the reality is that You reveal Yourself to the childlike and the humble who turn to You in faith and trust. To them, and hopefully that is us, You have revealed the Kingdom of Heaven. You have been working in our souls since our baptism and You want us to remain Your little children totally dependent on You. Maybe this Advent it is time to strip any complexities from our lives, especially our faith lives, and go back to basics. Instead of piling on devotion after devotion, spiritual book after spiritual book, why don’t we read a chapter a day from the Gospels and pray the Rosary from the heart. Let us do it every day and help us to keep our eyes on You and our hand in Mary’s Hand as we await Your birth into our hearts anew this Advent.
