¹⁶ The heavens are the Lord’s heavens,
    but the earth he has given to the sons of men. (Psalm 115:16).

¹⁷ But he who is united to the Lord becomes one spirit with him. (1 Corinthians 6:17).

O Lord, it is so easy to forget that You walked every evening with our first parents and You walk with us now. Are we even aware of Your Presence and Your Love? And everything You created is of course Yours but it is also ours because all of creation was created out of love for us. Because Your desire is to be with the children of men (Proverbs 8:31). You really desire oneness with us. Sometimes that is so hard to take in- we feel unworthy, unlovable, we may not even love ourselves. And yet You have called us Your children. created in Your likeness and image. so let our feet truly journey together today Jesus in the unity of love You have meant for us from the very beginning! Fiat!
